Step1: Open Sublime Text 3

Step 2: Open a New file by Ctrl+N or Go to file Menu and select New File Option

After opening the New File,

Step 3: save File With the .html. Ctrl+s

After Saving the File,

Step 4: Write Simply html and Press Tab button to get All Structure of a Html Document.
